DEVELOPING: Man spotted transferring flights in Singapore

A tall man of about 50 was seen snapping photos in the Singapore airport reported a woman. She saw on his phone that his next ticket was to Thailand… we believe this man to be Mikhail Saparov (potential aliases include: Mike Saparov, Michael Saparov, Mikhail V. Saparov) , fleeing east from the sunny state of California to the other side of the world. We will continue tracking this story as it develops, in real time, but in the meantime please review some of his previously known locations. How is it that Mike is traveling all around the world and how did he get there in the first place?
